Connect Ed: is the system that allows the Cole School to contact the entire school community automatically via home, work or even cell phone numbers. The service has proven very useful during snowstorms, bus problems and other emergencies. A $10 fee per family is due annually.
School Directory: The Cole School Directory is an indispensable resource to all families. In order to provide them, we ask for a $5 fee per family for the directory. ***For an optional $5 you may purchase a Vinal Elementary School Directory.
Agendas/Student Planners: Every child in grades 3-5 needs one for planning and organizing as part of the teacher curriculum. A $5 fee per child in grades 3, 4 or 5 is due.
“I Wish I Could Just Write A Check Fundraiser”: This is the Cole School’s main fundraiser in which we ask each family to make a tax-deductible contribution of $60 per student.* The Grace Farrar Cole Elementary School PTO has obtained 501(c)(3) status so your contributions are now tax-deductible. We are also now able to accept Corporate Matching Donations. Please check with your companies Human Resource Department to see if they can match your contribution. This amount covers or offsets the costs of such things as field trips, in house visits from the Aquarium, classroom needs, and much more. If you would like to make your contribution now please add it.
